With the Microsoft Project Online Connector, you can develop a schedule, assign resources to tasks, track progress, manage the budget, and analyze workloads. Use Domo’s Microsoft Project Online connector to optimize task management, integrate collaboration, simplify resource management, and scheduling. You connect to your Microsoft Project Online account in the Data Center. This topic discusses the fields and menus that are specific to the Microsoft Project Online connector user interface. General information for adding DataSets, setting update schedules, and editing DataSet information is discussed in [Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector](/s/article/360042926274 "Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector"). ## Prerequisites To connect to your Microsoft Project Online account and create a DataSet, you must have the following: * Your username and password associated with your Microsoft Project Online account * The host URL for your account ## Connecting to Your Microsoft Project Online Account This section enumerates the options in the **Credentials** and **Details** panes in the Microsoft Project Online Connector page. The components of the other panes in this page, **Scheduling** and **Name & Describe Your DataSet**, are universal across most connector types and are discussed in greater length in [Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector](/s/article/360042926274 "Adding a DataSet Using a Data Connector"). ### Credentials Pane This pane contains fields for entering credentials to connect to your Microsoft Project Online account. The following table describes what is needed for each field:

Username Enter the username associated with your Microsoft Project Online account.
Password Enter the password associated with your Microsoft Project Online account.
Host URL Enter the host URL for your account in the mentioned format. Example- [https://yourdomain.sharepoint.com](https://yourdomain.sharepoint.com)
Once you have entered valid Microsoft Project Online credentials, you can use the same account any time you go to create a new Microsoft Project Online DataSet. You can manage connector accounts in the **Accounts** tab in the Data Center. For more information about this tab, see [Managing User Accounts for Connectors](/s/article/360042926054 "Managing User Accounts for Connectors"). ### Details Pane This pane contains a primary **Reports** menu, along with various other menus which may or may not appear depending on the report type you select.

Select the Microsoft Project Online report you want to run. The following reports are available:

Assignments Returns a list of the assignments in a project.
Assignment Baselines Returns a list of the assignment baselines in a project.
Deliverables Returns a list of the deliverables in a project.
Dependencies Returns a list of the dependencies in a project.
Issues Returns a list of the issues in a project.
Projects Returns a list of the projects in your project online site.
Resources Returns a list of resources in your project online site.
Risks Returns a list of the risks in a project.
Stages Information Returns a list of the stages in a project.
Tasks Returns a list of the published tasks in a project.
Retrieve Project(s) Select whether you want to retrieve the assignments for all projects or a specific project.
Project Name Select the Project name you wish to retrieve data for.
