The Yammer Dashboard gives you key usage metrics to know how your organization is using Yammer. See hourly message activity, top liked messages, and quantity of messages through each Yammer channel. ## Usage Business questions that can be answered: * How well are employees communicating and collaborating? * Who is involved in collaboration? Metrics included in the app: * Active Message Types * All Messages * All Users * Direct Messages * Group Messages * Hourly Message Activity * Message Activity * Message Device Usage * Messages with Attachments * Seen Notifications * Top 10 Active Users * Top 10 Liked Messages * Total Users * User Job Titles * Users by Location ## Authentication A Yammer username (email address) and password are required to authenticate. ## Dashboard Reports For report descriptions, see Yammer Connector. ## Report Configuration / Report Details The selectable reports must be configured as follows:
