# Salesforce ExactTarget Dashboard App

## Intro

Organizations rely on accurate marketing automation reports to be successful. The Salesforce ExactTarget Dashboard provides a summary of key metrics for your marketing organization. You gain quick access into metrics such as sends, deliveries, bounces, and customer interaction through clicks and opens.

## Requirements and Notes

Credentials must include API user access.

Default date range: Set to upload all available data.

* Deliveries & Bounces: Grow your email list without hurting your deliverability.

  * Delivery Rate

* Engagement: Increase your audience's response to your messaging.

  * Emails Forwarded
  * Most Unsubscribed Subjects
  * Open Rate
  * Click-Through Rate
  * Click-to-Open by Email
  * Least Clicked Subjects
  * Click-Through by Email
